Police on Monday morning, 18 Menachem Av, received a report of vehicles that were vandalized, including punctured tires, as well as Hebrew graffiti, in the PA (Palestine Authority) village of Moaiyar, in the Binyamin Regional Council area of Shomron.

The graffiti was spray painted on the walls and one home. No additional information was released in the police report. Police suspect the attack was perpetrated by Jews, a so-called ‘price tag’ attack.
