A 15-year-old girl from Nazareth is in critical condition in Rambam Medical Center in Haifa, possibly blinded, after a 50-year-old man threw acid in her face for refusing to marry a member of the family. The perp is in custody. The girl is in a medically induced coma on a respirator.
