The manhunt for the terrorist who bound and murdered two people in the Barkan Industrial Park in Shomron continues.
Palestinian sources reported Thursday morning, 9 Marcheshvan, that IDF forces operating in the city of Tulkarem were affixing leaflets warning residents against providing assistance to the escaped terrorist Ashraf Na�alowa, 23, who was responsible for the shooting attack in which Kim Levengrond-Yehezkel HY�D and Ziv Hajbi HY�D were murdered.
According to reports, the IDF made it clear in the leaflets that anyone assisting the wanted person would be subject to legal consequences, including long-term imprisonment, the demolition of his home, and the revocation of all permits to him and his family.
�We will not hesitate to punish anyone who assists the wanted person,� IDF officials announced. It was also reported that as part of the IDF operation, a loudspeaker was used to calling on Ma�alowa to turn himself in to security forces immediately.
