Despite efforts to contain the illness, there are well over 1,050 diagnosed cases of measles in Israel, which continues to spread daily.

Galei Tzahal (Army Radio) reported on Wednesday, that the latest case is a university student in Rechovot, who was present with hundreds of other students who are now being alerted by health officials.
