Magen David Adom, the nation�s primary emergency medical service provider, has also learned some lessons from the Second Lebanon War.

One example of this is the organization�s new underground bomb shelter, situated under its Haifa Headquarters.

The new bomb shelter is 600 square meters, refurbished to a state-of-the-art operations command center and treatment facility at a cost of NIS 1.5 million.
