IDF soldiers operating in Yehuda and Shomron arrested the mother and a brother of the Givat Assaf terrorist, who was responsible for the deaths of two Nachal Chareidi soldiers, Sgt. Yuval Mor Yosef HY”D and Sgt. Yosef Cohen HY”D, as well as critically injuring a third soldier, Netanel [Ilan ben Shaina Tziporah] Felber, who was hit by gunfire to his head and is still in need of Rachmei Shomayim.

The IDF Spokesman’s Office reported that 25 PA (Palestinian Authority) residents were arrested in Yehuda, Shomron and the Jordan Valley during the night (Monday to Tuesday), but did not detail. Unofficial reports based on the Arab media state soldiers arrested the mother, Salah Barghouti, along with one of her sons.

Soldiers involved in the operations were attacked with IEDs in the Jenin area, returning fire at the attackers. B’chasdei Hashem there were no fatalities or injuries among IDF troops. Troops fired at and killed one terrorist.
