Speaking during a debate in Philadelphia hosted by ABC, US Democratic Senators Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama expressed their firm commitment to Israel�s security.

When questioned regarding Iran�s ongoing nuclear independence efforts, Obama stated his administration would do whatever necessary to prevent such a reality.

Going one step further, Clinton stated Iran would be made to understand that an attack against Israel would result in an American retaliation.
