Fifteen Hungarian Jews, whom have never been in Israel, are visiting. They arrived on Wednesday, in time to commemorate Holocaust Remembrance Day. They are guests of the Jewish Agency for Israel and Taglit (Birthright).

Holocaust Remembrance Day begins in Israel on Wednesday night, with the main event taking place at 8:00pm in Jerusalem’s Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum.

On Thursday morning, at 10:00am, a siren will sound marking the beginning of the day’s events.
