Shai (Shomron-Yehuda) police on Tuesday morning report that in the PA (Palestinian Authority) village of Istiya in Shomron, tires of a number of vehicles were slashed and graffiti stating “stones=murder” and “enough rock-throwing” was painted in the area.

Police arrived to gather evidence and an investigation was launched.
