Sheva District Court on Sunday against Ashraf Karga, 38, a Palestinian from Halhul, a PA (Palestinian Authority) village north of Hebron, who is alleged to have brutally attacked a 13.5-year-old chareidi girl R”L.
According to the evidence attack the attacker, Ashraf was living in a home he was renovating, located near the home of the victim, in Ashdod. Ashraf contacted the girl and attacked her two months ago, on several occasions, brutal attacks in the home he was renovating.
The prosecution is trying to have the defendant held without bail pending the outcome of the legal proceedings against him. It should be noted that the defendant has no criminal record.
As soon as the investigation was opened, and after the suspect fled to the territories following the crimes attributed to him, police carried out many attempts to locate him, with the assistance of various security forces.

He should be put in a prison with Israelis, they will make sure he cant attack anyone again in such a way….

I’m going to guess that she was there as a babysitter. Why else would he contact her and why would she go to his house?
