In an election video, Naftali Bennet explains the budget of the Histadrut National Labor Federation is almost NIS 750 million and the nation pays this contrary to the desire of workers. He calls funds to the labor federation “Histadrut tax” and persons who are not members should not be required to pay the money, as is the case at times.

Bennet stresses he is not against organized labor, but he hopes to bring an end to the current realities vis-à-vis the Histadrut. He calls for voting URWP headed by Ayelet Shaked towards putting the Histadrut in line.
