Ichud Hatzalah reports on motzei Shabbos Bereshis 5774 that it responded to a call on HaRitvah Street in Modi’in Illit for an unconscious baby. The report states a two-week-old boy had to be resuscitated “due to an apparent loss of fluids”. It appears that the child was severely dehydrated.

The resuscitation effort was B”H successful and the child was transported to a hospital in critical condition. No additional information or a name for Tehillim is being reported.
