PHOTO ESSAY: New Olim Arrive in Eretz Yisrael


YW-NBN-2008-21.jpg(Click HERE for photos) Some 210 very excited new olim arrived at Ben Gurion international airport Tuesday morning on Nefesh B’Nefesh second chartered aliyah flight of the summer. After disembarking, the new olim where greeted at a ceremony in the airport’s old Terminal 1 by friends and family as well as Deputy speaker of the Knesset MK Yuli Edelstien and VP of Commercial & Industrial affairs for ElAl Rami Levy. Among the passengers was Mrs. Greenberg, who had previously attempted to come to Eretz Yisroel on the Exodus ship in 1947. “It’s time to fulfill the dream of my youth” she said. “After 60 years, I am finally coming to stay!” Nefesh B’Nefesh has three more charter flights planned for this summer as well as numerous group flights.

    the ones with the “Guest” stickers are people that are living in Israel and were there welcoming
    the new olim
