A group of Chareidi elementary school girls who went on a school trip to a park in Ramat Gan earlier this week was subjected to a vicious spew of vitriol by a secular woman.
“You’re like termites,” the woman said. “Don’t come here. We pay NIS 4 million shekels for an apartment here, you don’t belong, you don’t belong. You have your city. This is our place, don’t come here.”
As can be heard in the video, which was published by B’Chadrei Chareidim, the teacher responded calmly to her attack, which only seemed to anger her further and she escalated her rhetoric: “You’re animals. You don’t do anything besides having children – piles of children! Disgusting! Disgusting!”
The woman had apparently become enraged after claiming that the girls broke a swing. However, according to the girls, the swing had broken after normal use.
Prime Minister-designate Binyamin Netanyahu retweeted the video, commenting: “I strongly condemn the antisemitic and horrifying verbal violence against the Chareidi sector.”
Famed Saudi blogger Mohammed Saud, who has recently been tweeting often in Hebrew about current events in Israel, wrote: “She wouldn’t have said this about Arabs. She simply would have called the police. Because this woman is racist, a hater of Chareidim, and anti-Semitic. It’s a busha v’cherpa that this is how Chareidi children are spoken to in the State of the Jews.”

The teacher should have explained that the Charedim are motivated to bring many children into the world, because they know their children are high quality individuals who will bring honor to their people, enhance their country, and improve the world.

The teacher should have ignored her. These Chilonim are afraid of the Chareidim, because eventually there will only be Chareidim due to their birth rate and less and less Chilonim, so the Chareidim will be the majority.
While obviously what this woman did is wrong, she has an overall point. The Chareidi birth rate combined with their poverty levels will be a serious problem for the State in the near future.
