Returned To Life From Stabbing Attack: Deri Recites Mizmor L’Todah With Shas Official

Shas chairman Aryeh Deri on Thursday visited Gedalya Ben Shimon, chairman of the Religious Council of Ramat Gan, who was critically injured in a stabbing attack on Thursday in Ramat Gan, and b’Chasdei Hashem, regained consciousness this week.

Deri recited Mizmor L’Todah with Ben Shimon, thanking Hashem for the neis of his survival.

Ben Shimon, a resident of Bnei Brak, regained consciousness on Tuesday morning and is communicating with his family.

The public is asked to continue to daven for the refuah sheleimah of Gedalya ben Yeshua b’toch sha’ar cholei Yisrael.

  1. Do you really think it is proper to invade the privacy of a person who just got out of a coma and is lying in bed the way he is? Just because the media makes a video of it doesn’t make it right. Most people would NOT want this to go around the world. Sensitivity, please!
