TEHILLIM: Arad Update: 7-Year-Old In Serious Condition; Sedated & Ventilated

Schneider Children’s Medical Center reported on Wednesday morning that five of the children who were hospitalized on Monday evening after being injured at missile impact sites in Bnei Brak and Petach Tikva have been discharged after being examined and treated.

A one-and-a-half-year-old baby girl who sustained an arm injury from the blast shockwave remains hospitalized for observation in the surgical department.

Meanwhile, a 7-year-old girl injured at the missile impact site in Arad on Motzei Shabbos was transferred from Soroka Hospital to Schneider.

She suffered blast injuries and penetration of glass shrapnel, which caused significant damage to her internal organs. She was initially listed as moderately injured, but she is now sedated and ventilated, and her condition is serious.

She is being treated by a specialized multidisciplinary team and requires complex surgical intervention.

The public is asked to daven for a refuah sheleimah for Shaina Yaffa bas Rochel b’toch sha’ar cholei Yisrael.
