Dichter: Turning Off the Lights in Gaza Will Not Stop Rocket Attacks

Public Security Minister Avi Dichter during a Kadima faction meeting on Sunday explained to his colleagues that turning off the electricity in Gaza will not bring a cessation to rocket attacks.

He added that targeted killings of senior terrorists are a small solution, one that just results in more rocket attacks.

Dichter, a former ISA (Israel Security Agency Shin Bet) chief, explained the intelligence agency must present plans that are capable of halting the rocket fire.
