A motorist on the Jerusalem-Tel Aviv Hwy on Sunday was apprehended traveling 172KPH near Shar Haggai.

**Israel on Sunday opened Kerem Shalom Crossing permitting 100 trucks carrying 200 tons of humanitarian aid into Hamas-controlled Gaza. In addition, 450,000 liters of gasoline were brought into Gaza.

**Minister Rafi Eitan, a member of the Political-Security Cabinet announced on Sunday that Gilad Shalit will not be released in the time remaining to the current administration. Eitan told Galei Tzahal (Army Radio) that he sees the current administration will step down in 48 hours and as such, he does not believe Shalit will be home prior to the change in government.

**Arab MK Dr. Ahmed Tibi will attend the Arab League summit in Cairo.

**Three youths were arrested in Bnei Brak on motzei Shabbos after breaking into a storage facility and trying to steal 60 mezuzos.
