**In a move to further relax restrictions on PA resident, the IDF on Wednesday removed a number of checkpoints, including Birzeit and Rimonim, both in the Benjamin Regional Council district.

**A motorist was attacked by Arabs throwing rocks near Tekoa in Gush Etzion. No injuries in the Wednesday morning attack.

**A hotel in the Kinneret area was apprehended pumping water from the nation’s water source to obtain free water for irrigating lawns and other uses, which are illegal due to the new water austerity regulations.
