Israel: Boy Attacked by Dogs Upon Leaving Shul

A 10-year-old boy, a resident of Moshav Geulim in the Sharon region, decided to take a break from shul on shabbos morning and go outside with his friends. He left his father’s side at about 9:00am, exited the shul, and was attacked by two dogs.

Two amstaffs attacked the small child, biting him over his entire body. An EMS crew transported him to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba, reporting his condition as moderate. Police found the two dogs in a nearby abandoned building. The dogs were taken by veterinary officials and police are working to track down the owners.
