MK (Yisrael Beitenu) Moshe Kahlon has introduced a bill that would compel kindergartens and daycare centers to install an internet camera that would permit monitoring events, alleviating concerns of mistreatment of children. A facility would not be granted an operating license unless cameras are installed on premises.

Kahlon explains his bill is the result of increasing concerns among many parents due to an increase in reported abuse and other unwanted events taking place in daycare and kindergarten centers.
