Education Minister Gideon Saar told a forum of the United Kibbutz Movement that he has total confidence in Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.

Saar explained that as the prime minister is negotiating a prisoner release deal to bring captive IDF soldier Gilad Shalit home, there are varying opinion for and against his position.

Saar stated he has total support for the prime minister, and will support any deal he brings to the cabinet towards bringing Shalit home.

Shalit last week marked his fourth Rosh Hashanah in Hamas custody, taken hostage during a cross-border Hamas terror attack at Kerem Shalom.
