Dahlan Warns of Anarchy Throughout the PA

Former Fatah Security Chief Muhmad Dahlan was interviewed by Israel Radio, explaining that while the PA (Palestinian Authority) is not interested in a third intifada, he fears anarchy, explaining the current situation may lead to a loss of control of the masses by PA leaders.

“For as long as Netanyahu sends settlers to daven at al-Aqsa the violence will not end,” referring to Jews visiting Har HaBayis. Dahlan, who has a rich history of involvement in terrorism, was careful with his words during the interview, rhetorically questioning the difference between “a suicide bomber and the establishment of new settlements or a bus-bombing attack in Tel Aviv and Israel occupying Palestinian lands”.

The former senior official, who was close to the late arch terrorist Yasser Arafat, joined the growing number of PA leaders threatening renewed and increasing violence as they rally to enlist the support of the international community against Israel regarding a number of issues, including non-Islamic sovereignty on Har HaBayis.

In a related matter, Israel Police on Sunday morning removed restrictions on Har HaBayis that were in effect during Sukkos, now permitting non-Muslims to visit the Mount once again.
