“One who does not respect the fallen sons should be placed in front of a firing squad” stated Shlomo Sheetrit on Wednesday, head of Yad L’Banim in Tiveria, after seeing the damage to the city’s memorial for fallen soldiers.
The war memorial is dedicated to 180 soldiers from the city that fell in the line of duty. The memorial was recently refurbished ahead of Memorial Day which falls between Pesach and Shavuos, with the work completed a number of days ago.
Mayor Zohar Oveid expressed his pain over the desecration and promised city workers will have the memorial refurbished in time for Memorial Day.

I can’t help but wonder if Mr. Sheetrit is referring to recent government leaders whose actions and policies have UNDONE what these boys died for!!!
