Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin stated �I prefer making the Palestinians citizens over dividing the land�.

He stated it is pointless for Israel to sign a document that the PA (Palestinian Authority) is not capable of fulfilling its responsibility, explaining PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) simply cannot deliver the goods.

Rivlin made his remarks in a meeting with a Greek diplomatic official stationed in Israel.
