In what appears to be a racially motivated hate attack, vandals sprayed swastikas and hates slogans on the kever of a member of the Ethiopian community who recently died and was interred in a Beersheva cemetery. According to the details of the police complaint filed by the bereaved family, the hateful message �death to niggers� was written in Russian alongside swastikas on the woman�s kever.

Racial tensions in the capital of the Negev recently resurfaced when members of the Ethiopian community last week protested against segregation in a kindergarten in which the black and white children are kept in separate rooms.
