An US federal court has rejected a lawsuit charging Public Security Minister Avi Dichter with war crimes. Relatives of Arabs brought the suit following his decision to�bomb Hamas leader Saleh Shehada, but the strike also killed 14 Palestinian civilians. In a ruling issued at US District Court in Manhattan, Judge William Pauley found Dichter could not be sued because he was acting as a government official at the time.
