On Monday, Russia�s Federal Security Service (FSB) announced that a Muslim terrorist with �Islamist views,� who had planned to bomb a shul and metro station in Moscow, was killed in a gun battle with security forces after acquiring materials for explosive devices and conducting multiple surveillance operations at the targeted sites.
