SOUTH FALLSBURG: A head-on collision occurred near Machne Beis Rochel on Pleasant Valley Road. Catskills Hatzolah and other emergency personnel rushed to the scene. A medevac was initially requested for a patient with serious injuries but was declined due to weather conditions. The patient was subsequently transported by ambulance to Orange Regional Medical Center.
