Oregon, Portland File Emergency Injunction Against Federalization of National Guard

The State of Oregon and the City of Portland have filed an emergency injunction against Secretary of War Pete Hegseths order to forcibly federalize between 200 and 2,000 members of the Oregon National Guard, removing them from the governors authority.
