Israeli PM Binyamin Netanyahu joined the dedication of a Sefer Torah l’zecher nishmas Major Moshe Leiter hy”d, the late son of Israel’s ambassador to the US Yechiel Leiter. Moshe was killed in Gaza on Nov. 10, 2023. Netanyahu called him “a symbol of an Israeli and a Jew who fought for our existence,” noting his work on Kodcode, a program helping Chareidi men train in computer science to serve in IDF Intelligence Unit 8200.
