ISRAEL ISSUES EMERGENCY READINESS GUIDELINES TO HOSPITALS
Israel’s Health Ministry circulated an updated emergency readiness document to hospital directors, health funds and Magen David Adom due to ongoing unrest in Iran and the risk of regional escalation.
* The document says the lessons of the war and Operation Rising Lion require faster transitions from routine to emergency mode, with pre-approved directives that can be activated immediately if the alert level changes.
* The ministry stressed this is a precautionary step and that the health system remains at Alert Level B, with no active preparations currently required.
