The NYPD announced the arrest of Gusmane Coulibaly, 27, in connection with the alleged snowball attack on police officers earlier this week at Washington Square Park. Authorities said Coulibaly was arrested this morning, noting he had been previously arrested less than three weeks ago for an attempted robbery in the transit system.
