YWN regrets to inform you of the Petirah of Reb Yitzchok Dovid Vann A”H, who was tragically niftar in a devastating house fire tonight in Bloomingburg, in the Catskills. He was 64 years old.

Catskills Hatzolah responded to the scene and were able to remove three Sifrei Torah from the home, all of which were saved and remain in good condition.
