🚨 Syrian officials say they arrested a Hezbollah-linked cell in the Damascus area that was planning to assassinate Rabbi Michel Khouri in the capital.

According to the Rural Damascus Media Directorate, the identity of the target was uncovered during initial interrogations, which indicated the group was involved in planned terror acts aimed at undermining security and spreading instability during the country’s current transitional phase.

Officials say the investigation is ongoing to determine the full scope of the plot and identify any additional individuals or sleeper cells connected to the group.
