Prime Minister Netanyahu released a message to the Lebanese people, stressing that Israel is not at war with Lebanon but with Hezbollah.

Netanyahu said Hezbollah has “taken Lebanon hostage,” acts on behalf of Iran, and uses Lebanese territory to launch terrorist attacks against Israel. He added that once Hezbollah is dismantled, “the possibilities are endless” for Lebanon.
