The Israeli Air Force carried out airstrikes against Hezbollah terror targets in the Dahiya area of Beirut on Sunday afternoon in response to the drone attacks on Israel earlier in the day.

Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Katz issued a joint statement saying that “the IDF has just struck terror targets belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization in the Dahiya district of Beirut in response to Hezbollah fire toward Israeli territory.”

“Israel will not tolerate fire into its territory.”
