I am making these just because.
2/3 cup margarine, softened
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups Old-Fashioned oats
1-1/2 cups flour1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup dried cranberries
½ cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs. Stir in oats, flour and baking soda and mix well. Add cranberries and white chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

The recipe sounds delicious but the amount of flour needed is missing. I’d really appreciate if the recipe could be updated with this most important ingredient.
Thank you.
