Police on Saturday night reported an American Jewish youth was placed under arrest after he was observed in an intoxicated state, threatening Arabs in the Jaffa Gate area of the Old City of Jerusalem. Police report he threatened to stab two Arabs.Police added that during questioning, the suspect admitted he planned to stab the Arabs in response to the destruction of homes in rocket attacks in Tzfat.
