A number of mortar shells were fired at southern Israel. No injuries or damage being reported.

IDF soldiers operating along the Gaza border detected armed gunmen. They opened fire. PA (Palestinian Authority) sources report a number of dead and wounded. There are no reports of causalities to IDF forces. IDF sources are not confirming the report at this time. (Yechiel Spira – YWN Israel)
