i think the information here is wrong, if we are talking about the case on davidka square. if you check it back up in the news. what happened was the police saw a suspicious car and they asked him to stop and he drove away and it was a car chase. it turns out that this arab stole the car a couple of minutes before. this is what the police spokesman put out already yesterday evening.
