What investigation??? The driver should sue the biker for wasting his/her time and damage to the car . Case closed.
First of all the report is incorrect. The incident occurred at the corner of Avenue K and New York Avenue not East 32nd Street. There was no damage to the car nor the bicycle but the driver should sue the kid and should be sanctioned for filing a false report.
I bet he has a Jewish lawyer.
