To “stay focused” ones needs to first “be focused”. Trump is running less on a platform to do something but more on an attitude to be highly disruptive. While Trump’s core is in the mood for deliberate distuption, most of the Republican base wants more specific policies – not to mention Trump’s policies based on his comments, which are little more than wisecracks, are full of tings that are incompatible with most of the core Republican groups.
