Jerusalem Fire Chief Eli Peretz on Thursday morning 23 Cheshvan spoke with Kol Chai Radio about the fires burning out of control around Eretz Yisrael. Peretz, who is also a certified fire inspector, explains that at present he cannot say how many fires were started as acts of terror, but he can say that every fire was started by man, either intentionally or accidently, but none were started on their own.
