A 22-year-old Jewish woman was R"L killed in a horse accident on Wednesday afternoon in Ulster County, in Upstate New York Emergency personnel were dispatched to the HITS Horse riding facility in Saugerties, NY at around 2:00PM, for reports of a woman who fell off a horse with serious injuries.
