Ariel: We Will Not Remain in a Government that Passes an Anti-Jewish Law

arielMinister of Housing (Bayit Yehudi) Uri Ariel announced his party will not remain in a coalition government that passes an “anti-Jewish law”. Ariel was referring to the controversial Giyur Bill sponsored by MK (The Movement) Elazar Stern and his party.

The bill was removed from the cabinet agenda this week by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, who explained to coalition faction leaders he is not willing to push it through.

During a cornerstone ceremony in Lod, the minister stated “There are those among us who wish to attack the Jewish identity of the State of Israel by supporting the Giyur Bill. The bill is bad and it may not be permitted to pass. It is backed by the Reform and Conservative Movements which are seeking to dilute the Jewish image of the state. This law mustn’t pass. We will not remain in a government that passes such a law”.

While Ariel is adamant in his objection to the law, there are members of Bayit Yehudi that appear willing to permit it to pass in Knesset. Ariel is aligned with the Tekuma faction of the party, with is viewed as more religiously right-wing as opposed to party leader Naftali Bennett and his faction which are generally far more liberal pertaining to religious issues.

There are many who feel the Giyur Bill will result in topping the coalition while others including Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu appear to believe the reported crisis over the bill is exaggerated. They exhibit confidence that the matter will resolve itself and the winter session of Knesset will not result in a call for early elections.

  1. It’s obvious that the so called “Jewish branches” of deformed and conservative are trying to loosen the authority of traditional real Judaism. I respect Ariel, and Chetboum for sticking up for Hashem and his Torah.

This attempt the first step by the deform conservatives movement. I pray that they make teshuva, or join another religion that is closer in semblance to their “cracked out” and weird version of Torah.

Please Hashem, don’t let these Karaites get their way! Rachmanus! You can’t make a kosher-style version of Judaism.

Doesn’t anyone else realize the ramifications.

  2. What if a kosher style convert starts the cooking process@ your favourite kosher resteraunt, or serves you wine, or sheckts your meat…don’t even get started with minions, or weddings.

It’s easier if people just respect traditional Judaism at the bear minimum..Then we wouldn’t have Avi Weiss(Yemach Shemo, Rick or jeff Jacobs(Yemach Shemo), or Moses Mendleson(Yemach Shemo).

Anyone have solutions to the plague of deform or conservative?????
