9:45AM EST: Police have closed 34th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues in Manhattan. The NYPD bomb squad is on the scene. Police report a suspicious package was found in the area.
UPDATE 10:15AM: The NYPD bomb squad was on the scene and found nothing dangerous was inside the unclaimed package.
