In the accompanying video, we see the Arab response to soldiers placing a national flag atop of a building used for a base in the area they are stationed. This is the norm, that once the building is selected a flag is placed atop the structure for both Arabs and Jews to see.

In this case however, Arab youths decide to hang their own flag in an act of defiance perhaps.
