Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat on Monday, 10 Shevat 5773 came out in support of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu�s reelection bid. During a joint visit to the Menachem Begin Heritage Center, the mayor thanks the prime minister for working to strengthen Yerushalayim with �unprecedented measures�.

Barkat added that he supports the prime minister and Likud/Beitenu list, adding �I want to see you leading Israel for another term.�

The prime minister commented, reaffirming his commitment to the capital, calling it �my city, our city�.

Mr. Netanyahu vowed �not to buckle under mounting international pressure and the government will continue building in Yerushalayim and throughout the State of Israel.�
