Struck By Israel While Chewing Khat: Houthi Chief Of Staff Dies Of His Injuries

The Houthi terror group in Yemen confirmed on Thursday that Houthi Chief of Staff Abd al-Karim al-Ghomari, who was critically injured in an Israeli attack on June 12, died of his wounds.

According to a statement from the Houthi armed forces, Al-Ghomari was killed “as part of his jihadist activity.”

Israel targeted him during a khat-chewing session.

According to some sources, he was also one of the targets in the Israeli strike on Houthi government leaders on August 28.

The dramatic and intense attack killed�Ahmed al-Rahawi, the prime minister of the Houthi government, and almost all the members of his government.
